How CleanIn handles data

CleanIn is a Cynxio product operated by PT PERINTIS ORIGIN CODE. This page explains the extension's local processing and its optional connection to Cynxio accounts. For shared account and billing processing, read the Cynxio shared privacy policy.

This website

The CleanIn marketing website is static. It has no account registration, analytics scripts, payment processing, or contact form. Fonts and images are served with the site. Your browser still makes network requests to load these pages and assets; hosting infrastructure may process standard request information.

The CleanIn extension

Saved connections, your keep list, and cleanup results are stored locally in your browser. CleanIn communicates with LinkedIn using your active session to load connections, read relationship status, and carry out actions you confirm. Local storage does not mean the extension makes no network requests.

Connection photos, when available, are loaded from LinkedIn. The marketing previews use synthetic data, not a real person's connection list.

Connection review can handle names, profile URLs, connection dates, company and position, headline, About text, photos, profile location, and connection and follow status. Profile details such as About text and location are read when needed for the live detail view; they are not fields in the saved connection list. CleanIn checks the current LinkedIn page and its visibility to apply actions to the intended profile. It does not collect your browsing history across other websites.

CSV imports and local records

A CSV you select is parsed locally and is not uploaded to Cynxio. CleanIn saves supported connection fields, your keep list, review queues, and cleanup outcomes in browser-local storage. Imported email columns are ignored and are not saved in connection records. Workspace settings let you delete local data; removing the extension can also remove its browser-local records.

Optional Cynxio account

Signing in connects CleanIn to your Cynxio account. The account service stores your account identifier, email, optional display name, sign-in methods, sessions, and CleanIn association. Password sign-in stores a password hash; Google sign-in uses your verified Google identity. Account emails support verification, recovery, and security changes.

Your connections, keep list, queues, and cleanup history stay in your browser. Signing out or deleting your Cynxio account does not delete those local records. CleanIn remains usable without an account.

The extension stores an opaque session token and a minimal account summary in trusted extension storage. It does not receive or store your password. Authorization uses a one-use code and proof of the sign-in request. Account requests send the session credential to Cynxio and can retrieve read-only billing status; the extension does not collect payment-card details. Production purchases and AI cleanup are not available in this release.

Actions and diagnostics

Unfollow selections require review and confirmation. The extension records local progress and outcomes. Its diagnostic traces are bounded and exclude credentials, cookies, and raw account responses.

LinkedIn requests use your existing signed-in browser session and the request-verification value required by LinkedIn. CleanIn does not ask for your LinkedIn password. Connection and profile data is exchanged with LinkedIn for the features you use; it is not uploaded to Cynxio.

Limited Use

CleanIn uses the data described here to provide and secure connection review, user-confirmed cleanup, and optional account functionality. Data is not sold or used for personalized advertising. Use and transfer of data received through the extension comply with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
